VCR CLEANING

Our VCR cleaning is a complete cleaning of the VCR, not just the heads.

We clean the guides, rollers, pinch roller, capstan, and we have compressed air which we use to blow loose dust and debris from the inside of the VCR.

We clean the outside of the VCR cosmetically, and we warranty our head cleaning for 90 days - if your heads get dirty within 90 days we will clean them again no charge.

TV SERVICE

All of our repaired TVs get a complete cleaning inside and out, we will repair the defect(s), and we make all adjustments to get the picture as good as possible.

SERVICE POLICY

If your repair is $80 or less ($155 for computers, & more complex equipment including TV's > 27"), we will go ahead and fix your unit, and call you when it’s ready.

If we encounter a problem over $80 ($155 for computers, & more complex equipment including TV's > 27"), we will call with an estimate, and let you know what is wrong and how much it’s going to cost.

If you decide not to go ahead with repairs, we do charge a $20 charge ($40 for Camcorders, Computers, & more complex equipment including TV's > 27", plus 6.5% tax) which covers some of the time we have spent diagnosing the problem and pricing out your parts, which we ask you to pay when you bring in your equipment.

SERVICE WARRANTY

We warranty our workmanship and the parts we put in for 90 days - even VCR head cleaning is warranted for 90 days - if your heads get dirty again within 90 days we will clean them again no charge.
